White Collar & Financial Crime

The topic that our speaker, Patrick Davis, will be covering will address white collar/financial crimes.  Patrick will discuss current techniques and trends that are being used to defraud companies and financial institutions as well as the investigative priorities and core violations investigated by the U.S. Secret Service.  Patrick will also discuss several cases that were previously investigated by the Memphis Field Office and successfully prosecuted here in the Western District of Tennessee.
