David A. Schwab, JD, LL.M., CPA

David has more than  20 years of experience in tax, accounting, finance, mergers, acquisitions, compliance and risk management. Over the course of his career, David has served as the VP of Risk Management and Chief Compliance Officer for a number of companies including Meridian Corporation, Coram Health Care and most recently ServiceMaster. In these roles David has had extensive responsibility for the legal, financial, and risk management initiatives encompassing negotiations, integration planning, Board/Investor relations and litigation management.

David has his LL.M in Taxation from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and his Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis School of Law.
